Welcome to CodeDash!, a game offered for free by asyncDonkey.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CodeDash! mobile application ("Application" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you ("You") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the CodeDash! Application on your personal device, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is our priority. CodeDash! is a completely offline application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information or usage data. All game data, such as your scores, progress, and unlocked items, is saved exclusively on your device using your browser's IndexedDB technology. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. User Conduct

By using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software contained in the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content (excluding user-generated data saved locally), features, and functionality, including but not limited to code, graphics, music, characters, and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of asyncDonkey and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Cost and Advertisements

CodeDash! is completely free to play and contains no in-app purchases or advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall asyncDonkey be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such revisions constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
